This is a high intensity fitness approach that combines aerobic workouts with circuit based exercises and body conditioning using fit balls and dyna bands.

Circuits
Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow, give you a great workout. This training is the opposite of Curves or any womens gym and guarantees results.

Level: Participants would require some level of fitness
Running
Ever wonder why so many runners have a strenuous look on the face? It doesn't have to be that way!
Want to run for fun or maybe you'd like to improve your own technique, all levels accommodated for, from the beginner to the pace improver. Running need not be a pain!
Get involved in one of our running groups or start off on the basics with a one to one session- it's never too late.
Bootycamp
This is definitely one for all the ladies to get ready for the bikini this summer! An intensive 1.5hr workout including cardio, strength, resistance, toning and core training. All outdoor activities to benefit from the fresh air also.
Current bootycamp times are 7.00pm to 8.30pm at Kells, Co Meath.
